Payment Terms and Conditions
The Customer agrees to comply with all the guidelines, instructions, operating rules, policies and instructions regarding the purchase of Products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, issued by us and the Customer shall be deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes upon their posting on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders and payments made by the Customer and the Seller.
Products and orders
- The agreement and consent to purchase the product is made directly by the customer and the seller. The customer has accepted all details of the product including the price before ordering.
- When the customer orders the product, the customer will receive an order confirmation email sent to the email address the customer has entered on the website.
Payment and Shipping
- Customers can pay via bank, QR Code PromptPay (Thai Bank), Credit card.
- Customers must pay within 48 hours of placing an order. If customers do not pay within the specified time or in full, the seller reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.
Returns and Refunds
- The Seller will deliver the products to the Customer after receiving payment notification from the Customer.
- The products will be delivered to the Customer via Thailand Post EMS for Thailand and e-packet for overseas. According to the address specified by the customer on the website
- The company reserves the right not to accept any return of products or services, including not having to refund customers after the products or services have been delivered to customers, unless it can be proven that the damage or loss occurred before delivery.
- In the event that it is proven that the damage or loss occurred before delivery, the buyer must take a photo of the parcel box received before opening the box and take a photo of the product inside the box, contact our staff through the contact channels specified on the website.
- The seller is willing to replace a new product at the same price for the customer, but the customer must be the one to pay the cost of sending the product back to the seller.
- The customer acknowledges the refund policy for successful payments, which can only be done if the seller agrees and is the one who notifies the intention to refund.
Product delivery
- The delivery time for EMS within Thailand is usually around 2-4 business days. For e-packet to overseas, it is usually around 7-15 business days. However, it depends on the destination, remote areas, islands, and promotions and campaigns.
- The company will deliver on Monday - Saturday from 9am-4pm, except for Sundays or the company's traditional holidays (more details on the page).
